If u lack SP, just lvl following skills to a cetain point, till u have enough to get them higher: Claw Reveal I Black Bloods Descent I Fierce of Distain III Frenzy I This way, you should at least save around 200 SP! If u still not have enough, go grind them asap. I would not recommend to leave more skills out.
