It's simple: download the replay file, take a screenshot of the three results pages and the tank in your garage so I can see how you equipped it. Name them using your World of Tanks username, along with the tank name and adding 1, 2, 3, 4, or A, B, C, and D to differentiate the files from the screenshots.
