Making the WORST weapon in TF2 WORK [TF2]

I've compiled my videos here!    • TF2s weird and wacky weapons...   Today, I’m playing Pyro with the Sharpened Volcano Fragment, running a unique “no flamethrower” challenge where I rely entirely on melee ignites and Flare Gun follow-ups to secure kills in casual matches. Instead of using the Flamethrower, I’m lighting enemies on fire with the Sharpened Volcano Fragment and then finishing them off with well-timed Flare Gun shots. This creates a high-risk, high-skill Pyro playstyle focused on positioning, timing, and accuracy with flare executions. Expect plenty of intense moments, close-range fights, and satisfying flare crits as I try to make this unconventional loadout work in live gameplay with commentary.
