My Secret Way to Grow Vegetables All Winter - No Garden Needed!

Autumn is the perfect time to start planting veg for harvesting next spring. If you get some crops in now you’ll be able to harvest them several months before the crops you’ll be planting next year! In this video I show you how I do it, planting two varieties that I love - onions and garlic. My secret to success is planting them in a planter rather than in the ground. In a tall planter, water drains away better than a compacted border so you reduce the risk of the ground waterlogging and your crops being ruined.
