Roland V-Synth: Understanding the File Structure

#Roland #VSynth #VSynthXT #hardwareonly Hi all, In this video I show you some technical information regarding the file structure of the Roland V-Synth. When I bought mine, a few months ago, I was a bit lost with how the internal structure was done, regarding saving samples and patches and where and how and so on. Apparently I'm not the only one so that's the reason that I made this video. I hope it makes more sense now to users of this fabulous unit. 00:00 Intro 01:09 Downloading Refills from Roland website 02:50 Starting V-Synth with empty memory 03:25 570 Seconds Sampling Time - Matt Johnson 04:44 Format the internal memory 05:10 Loading Project from CF 07:04 Saving Patches 07:37 Arpeggio Phrase Recorder 09:05 Shift + Value Dial = 10 steps 09:40 Writing a created Patch 10:28 Save Project to CF-Card 10:35 Save Project to Internal Memory 11:15 Restart to check 11:54 Resampling internal sounds 13:32 Edit Sample 15:35 Arpeggio Phrase Recorder Pt.2 17:00 All important steps to be made! 17:25 Wrap up Important links: Matt Johnsons's V-Synth Video:    • Roland V Synth   JayB Free SoundPack: https://www.jaybmusic.net/Sounds/JayB...
