LG 32LN541B LED TV has no picture, blank white display with vertical lines. A lengthy troubleshooting session revealed that the main problem was indeed in the panel. After disassembling the panel, it turned out that I had serviced this unit a while ago with a similar problem, but the previous problem was caused by a burnt flexi cable. Although the image was stable, there was still a problem: the image was inverted vertically and horizontally. This display could no longer be changed from Sermode or by changing the mirror option on Ticon, as some circuits had been cut due to the burnt flexi cable in the previous problem.
