Hello :) This vlog is a collection of moments from my handmade daily life captured a few years ago. In this video, I give a new lease on life to my old, worn-out Keen shoes with some careful hand-stitching. I also share the process of knitting gloves and an Aran patterned vest by hand to get ready for winter. When it comes to knitting, things don't always go as planned—I constantly undo and re-knit my work, and sometimes feel frustrated when I spot a mistake. However, the process of bringing something to life was a truly precious, healing time for me. I still can't forget the sense of accomplishment I felt when I finally finished the Aran vest, which was my very first attempt. Looking back, this is a record of when I was still a beginner.
