Mallorca Charity Cycling Challenge
Starting near Palma, we took on an anticlockwise lap of Mallorca. The route was around 360km in total with variations for those that wanted to do a less with the common aim of raising money, having fun and celebrating in Palma without any dramas! The event was planned by Ripples (www.ripplesbathrooms.com) and coordinated by Adventure Cafe (https://www.adventurecafe.uk) with all proceeds going to the charity (https://www.thecycle.world/) Our route took on Sa Calobra, Puig Major, Port Soller, Deia and a half hearted attempt at Cap Formentor which was sadly halted by the tragedy of a cyclist losing their life only 30 minutes before we arrived. Thank you to all the riders: David, Andrew, Tony, Dean Simon S, Simon B, Mark, Harry, Jamie, Joanne, Hannah, Jon, Ian and myself.
