Today I'm showing you how I prepare beef in its own juices with rice and golden potatoes, a simple and delicious homemade meal, perfect for lunch. In this video, I'll show you the complete step-by-step process: 🥕 Vegetables: I chop onion, bell pepper, carrot, garlic, and tomato, and set them aside. 🥩 Beef in its own juices: I use chuck roast, which I cut and sear first in the pressure cooker with a little oil, browning it on both sides. Then I add the vegetables, cover the pressure cooker, and once it starts whistling, I let it cook for 1 hour over low heat, so the meat becomes tender and full of flavor. 🥔 Golden potatoes: The potatoes are peeled, cut in half, and boiled for 10 minutes after the water starts boiling. Then they are drained well and fried until golden brown, approximately 3 minutes per side. We serve it all with rice and that's it!
