One might be tempted to call him a nexus of the story, though in perspective, he was mostly important in Sasuke’s story. All his absence would do is maybe see Sasuke not leaving the village. Then again though, if Danzo were responsible, and the truth came out, Sasuke might try to leave the village anyway. So that being said, I won’t call him a nexus. But he is an important character who gave his all of his nation Boss-style. But what if he didn’t have to? What if he was on Team 7 instead of Sasuke? Well, that’s what I wanna find out.
