Fertility Preservation - 1115 Demonstration Waiver Amendment, NVHA Public Meeting

This public meeting provided an opportunity for public comments on a 1115 Demonstration Waiver Amendment, Fertility Preservation, for Nevada’s Whole Mouth Whole Boday Connection for Adults with Diabetes. Obtain federal authority to provide Medicaid coverage for fertility preservation services to beneficiaries of reproductive age who are diagnosed with breast or ovarian cancer and undergoing cancer treatment that may directly or indirectly cause infertility.
