How Kizza Besigye Was Arrested In Prison, Forcefully Brought To Court In Handcuffs And Chained Legs
It has emerged that jailed opposition Leader in Uganda Kizza Besigye was arrested in prison, handcuffed and chained on legs to be brought into High Court together with Obeid Lutale. Besigye and Lutale are facing a forced prosecution on Treason charge but are without lawyers after their legal team was dismantled by the Chief of Defence Forces Muhoozi Kainerugaba who has threated, intimidated, deported and abducted defence legal team. Consequently, the Court is also trying to force state lawyers to defend Besigye and Lutale against their choice. #freebesigye #FreeLukwago
