Alasdair Gillies in ON THE DAY
A rough clip from the 2008 feature documentary by John McDonald about the Spirit of Scotland Pipe Band and the World Pipe Band Championships. Alasdair, who sadly passed away in 2011, taught pipes at Carnegie Mellon University, and was one of the greatest pipers of all time.
