How To Do Triple Unders
Are you ready to learn how to do Triple Unders? Here are some tips to get you started. First of all, you should be proficient in Double Unders before moving on to Triple Unders. You should be able to consistently complete at least 25 unbroken Double Unders. Many of the same components that apply to Double Unders also apply to Triple Unders: 1. Chest up, shoulders back. 2. Jump or bound straight up and down in a vertical plane. 3. Remain on the balls of your feet. 4. Keep your feet close together. 5. Have a slight bend in your knees. 6. Heels should remain off the ground. 7. Keep hands at mid axis level of your body. 8. Hands and elbows should be close to your sides. 9. Rotate the rope with your wrists. 10. Hands should be slightly in front of hips. Key Points to keep in mind when learning Triple Unders: 1. Increase the height of your jump. 2. Increase the speed of the rope rotation. 3. Decrease your jump rope cable length. 4. Be efficient with your jump timing. 5. Be aware of a Triple - Triple - Triple tempo. Have a great day!
