She continues to share the charms of flamenco daily on Ameba Blog, Instagram, and YouTube, and has over 22,000 followers on social media. She is also a popular instructor, attracting students from all over the country. As a student, she won numerous art competitions, including an Excellence Award in the National Crime Prevention Poster Competition and the Grand Prize in the Oimachi Mascot Mark Competition in Kanagawa Prefecture. Her creative talent blossomed, and she studied design at the University of Tsukuba. She worked in design and web-related positions at a major home appliance manufacturer, and developed her skills into choreography and directing. Since 2009, she has been producing and performing recitals, and her second recital, "Futari Shizuka," was selected as one of the "Best Scenes of 2012" by flamenco magazine Paseo Flamenco. In 2017, she performed "Kizuna" with the La Campanilla Dance Company as part of the 2017 Agency for Cultural Affairs Arts Festival. In 2019, she was invited to perform a Mariko Matsumoto concert at La Guarida del Ángel (a live venue) on the first day of the International Festival of Jerez, Spain, the mecca of flamenco, and successfully completed it. In the same year, she performed "Yume" as part of the 2019 Agency for Cultural Affairs Arts Festival, Mariko Matsumoto's La Campanilla Dance Company Performance Vol. 3 as part of the 2019 Agency for Cultural Affairs Arts Festival. In 2022, she performed "Enchantment," a performance commemorating Mariko Matsumoto's 20th anniversary, as part of the 2022 Agency for Cultural Affairs Arts Festival. Her major stage productions include "Futari Shizuka," "Lady Aoi," "The Origins of Flamenco," and "Cinco Elementos." In 2021, her video entry "Mariko Matsumoto La Campanilla Dance Company El Canal" won the overall award at the 2nd Flamenco Web Festival. A group of volunteer students choreographed and instructed by Matsumoto won first place at the Shima Spain Village Sevillanas Competition (100 groups participated from across the country), demonstrating her renowned reputation for both her choreography and instruction.
