Pundi is a popular breakfast dish in the South Indian state of Karnataka. It is also known as Pundi Gatti or Pundi Unde. It is a steamed rice dumpling that is served with coconut chutney or sambar or any curry. Here is a recipe to make Pundi using idli rava.
