(English) This is the melody being used in Joroan, Tiwi, Albay which is the center of Marian devotion in the province of Albay. It is believed that Rev. Fr. Lamberto S. Fulay, the first parish priest of Joroan composed this melody. The Lady is declared as the Heavenly Queen and Patroness of Albay and of the Diocese of Legazpi on the year 1976. The photos and videos were taken during the Maritime Procession last August 17, 2019 during the Diocesan Feast to the Lady while the audio was recorded during the procession.
