The main ingredients are cooked shrimp, fresh or dried chiles, lime, onion strips, cucumber strips, and water. The shrimp used must be very fresh to avoid food poisoning. INGREDIENTS: FRESH SHRIMP LEMON CUCUMBER RED ONION MANGO SALT AND PEPPER FOR THE SALSA: MANGO LEMON CILANTRO GARLIC SERRANO CHILI HABANERO CHILI (ROASTED) BAKE THE SHRIMP FOR 10 MINUTES. THEN ADD CUCUMBER, ONION, AND MANGO. SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. COMBINE EVERYTHING AND POUR THE SALSA OVER.
