Žabljak Field Trip by Car | Tara Canyon Viewpoint, Savin Kuk & Google Maps Gravel Surprise

This GoPro driving video covers two short field trips around Žabljak, Montenegro, with scenic roads, a Tara Canyon viewpoint hike, Savin Kuk Ski Center, lunch, and one classic Google Maps surprise. We started from our apartment in Žabljak, made a quick stop at a gas station, and continued on a scenic road toward Tara Canyon. After parking the car along the road, we hiked to a Tara Canyon viewpoint and back. The drive itself was already beautiful, but the viewpoint made the stop fully worth it. After that, we continued toward Savin Kuk Ski Center. No skiing took place, because this was not that kind of trip, but the chairlift was working, so we went up and enjoyed the mountain views properly — just without taking the car with us, for obvious reasons. The funniest part of the drive was Google Maps deciding that a short section of gravel road with large water-filled potholes was exactly what our day needed. Technically, it was a route. Emotionally, it was a small trust issue. After Savin Kuk, we returned to Žabljak, had lunch, and finally came back to the apartment where the day started.
