In this session we had some specific focus on return of serve, even more specifically the banana flick. The footwork involved, the feel and direction of the shot, a training sequence that can help cement learning. We also had some fun at the end too. Benedikt and I have committed to working together more closely for the next 2 years, up until the Los Angeles Olympic Games. So, I’ll be frequenting Germany (Dusseldorf) much more, so we can get some good and detailed work done on serve (of course) but also some other areas of his game too.
