THE WOLF HUNTERZ Reactions THE WOLF HUNTERZ React To Eddie Van Halen - Guitar Tribute    • Eddie Van Halen Guitar Tribute   Hi travis and suzi. with these two videos i'm continuing the journey into my favourite guitar players of all time of which there are five. the first you did a few weeks ago on jake e lee. this second video is all about the legendary eddie van halen, one of the best guitar players in the history of music. Van Halen is widely regarded as one of the greatest guitar players in rock history, and was well known for his guitar tapping technique. even though he did not invent guitar tapping, he made it popular. He spent his whole career with the band he formed with his brother alex, the legendary band van halen. during it's lifespan the band went through a number of different singers starting with david lee roth, then moving to sammy hagar, a short stint with gary cherone the former lead singer of extreme, then back to hagar and finally finishing with roth. the band achieved the most popularity during the 80's with roth and the mid 80's to mid 90's with sammy hagar. eddie is famous for playing his distinctive red and black, yellow and black and black and white fender guitars of which he designed himself and famous for his epic solo piece eruption which is in the video. sadly eddie died on october 6th 2020 of a stroke after battling throat and lung cancer but will forever be remembered as the great guitar hero he was by millions of fans around the world of which i am proudly one.
