बिना Mold के बनाइए Famous Bettenberg Cake|Eggless Chocolate Vanilla Chess Cake 😍|

Ingredients For making cake Refined flour - 180g Milk powder - 50g Sugar - 150g Cream/Butter -130g Milk- 180g Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Baking soda -1/4 tsp Cocoa powder -11/2 tsp Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp For cake coating Fruit jam/crush - 1/2 cup For cake covering Almond flour - 1cup Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup Chocolate syrup - 1/4 cup Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp Process- Grease the tin with oil and insert the partion made with aluminium foil and then put baking paper on it . Apply oil to fix baking paper. For making cake For dry ingredients take refined flour ,baking powder and baking soda. Now Grind sugar coarsely and add cream to it .Grind them together. Take this mixture in a bowl and then add milk powder along with less amount of milk and mix it thoroughly until smooth mixture is formed. Add dry ingredients along with milk and give a good whisk. Now add Vanilla essence to the batter for flavor Distribute this batter in equal amounts in same size of tins. Add cocoa powder and one tablespoon of milk in one tin and mix it properly. Pour the chocolate batter in one side and vanilla flavor in another side of partition. Preheat oven for 10 mins. Bake the cake in oven for 30 mins at 160°C on lower rod. Or Bake it on stove at low flame for 45 mins. Once baked remove both the cakes from tin allow them to cool and cut the upper dome and side parts of cake to make them of equal size. Cut both the cakes from centre so that we get four pieces of cake. Take fruit jam or any other fruit crush of your choice. You can also use chocolate syrup for this purpose. Apply it on two adjacent sides of cake slices and join them as shown in the video. Place the cake slices in alternate manner means chocolate slice kept above vanilla flavor and vice versa. Now take almonds flour ,powdered sugar,cocoa powder in a grinding jar and grind them on pulse mode. Once mixed properly now add chocolate syrup to it and again mix on pulse mode. Here we are mixing on pulse mode to avoid excess oil seperation from almonds flour. Now remove this mixture from grinder and knead it well . Shape the dough using rolling pin. Place the cake in centre and cut the uneven edges with knife. Now fold the coating as shown inthe video and cover the cake. Give smooth finish using cling wrap. Now make crossing design using knife and decorate it with silver balls.
