Solid rail track from before 1960!

My mate Peter from Adelaide, (yes we all have issues :-) ), is rebuilding his layout with solid rail track from HAG and Marklin..so this is the current state of his layout...looking terrific...and running smoothly and quietly :-). I visited him to see the current status, will be back in June with an update (Adelaide is 1350kms from Sydney where i live). Notice how smoothly and quietly everything runs. I have a box of Marklin track he sold me, in the back of my car....as they say watch this space (screen!). Hag, Bing, Ace and a Lionel Jet train...what could be better :-)
