MUGEN (Short Preview): MvC1 Wigglytuff

Won't be doing much MUGEN W.I.P Videos (This will be my only W.I.P Video) as I'm gonna be uploading less W.I.P videos a bit less often, and focussing only on commissions (Only If I release characters and stages) - But here's a preview of one of the Pokémon characters that needs a better revamp - who's none other than Wigglytuff from Pokémon who had the most number of votes from my MvC1 Pokémon character votes (ALSO IF YOU ARE READING THIS - I DO NOT DO CHARACTER AND STAGE REQUESTS - SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME FOR IT!), so here it is using custom sprites.
