Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson, Vinton County Sheriff Ryan Cain and Vinton County Prosecutor William Archer hold a news conference following the arraignment of Gary Siders Jr., Gary Siders Sr., Christina Siders and Elizabeth Siders. The four were arrested after law enforcement executed a search warrant Tuesday at their Hamden, Ohio, residence, where investigators located 16 children living in deplorable conditions.
