Gold Fields Ghana Foundation Community Apprenticeship Programme

This documentary highlights the positive socio-economic impact of our Community Apprenticeship programme in the host communities of our Tarkwa Mine in Ghana. This shared-value programme equips young people with income-generating skills such as dressmaking, welding, metal fabrication and spraying, as well as auto mechanics.
