Always on the move and ready to serve, Ofc. Fraser takes Gio on a non-stop day patrolling the Upper East Side Net. This vlog catches up with Lt. De La Milera and his ever growing Star Wars collection and progresses into a busy day on patrol. From being flagged down in Morningside Park, having a small foot chase and a missing persons call; Ofc.
