Jaguar introduced the much-awaited new i-Pace in India. The concept model made its debut at the 2016 Los Angeles Motor Show. The production model was revealed in 2018 and the i-Pace is one of the most awarded cars in Europe, It has won more than 64 international awards. In 2019 i-Pace won International Car of the Year and Green Car Of the Year. Ian Callum is the designer of i-Pace. The i-Pace is built of the D7e platform, which is derived from the D7 platform for electric cars. The i-pace use a 90 kWh battery pack with two batteries at front and back, producing 394 hp and 696 nm of torque. 0-100 kph in 4.8 sec and the Claimed range is around 480 km. Using a 100W charge, 0-80 per in just 45 min. The company has also given 10 hours using a 7.4kW AC wall box. The motors are up to 97 per cent efficiency. Jaguar offers features like a panoramic sunroof, meridian music system, head-up-display, 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control, TPMS and more.
