The BEST Way to Freeze Blueberries

Water is an enemy when freezing and will cause crystallization. Once dry, lay them on a baking sheet in an even layer. Place in freezer until frozen solid, 4-6 hours. Transfer to airtight containers, label, and freeze. These easily last for up to one year if frozen well... and most times, well beyond that. #blueberry #summer #fruit
