Today, 26 June 2025, the Founder of IQRS, His Excellency Mr. Taur Matan Ruak, accompanied by the Head of IQRS, Ms. Natalia de Vasconcelos, the President of the Administrative Council of CQR, Mr. Leonildo Gusmão da Costa, the Manager of Golgota Mall, Ms. Mimi Chungue, and Trainer Ms. Monica Mendes, participate the certificate distribution ceremony for all IQRS staff. The certificates were awarded to staff members who successfully completed a three-month Portuguese language training program. As Portuguese is one of the official languages of Timor-Leste, this training represents a significant step forward in empowering IQRS personnel with the necessary linguistic skills to effectively perform their duties in the field.
