Maya to Photoshop Texturing Workflow
A very basic breakdown on my workflow for getting between Maya and Photoshop for texturing. Ideally you'd be doing all your texturing in a 3D application like Maya or Mudbox, but if you're more used to using Photoshop and you want to stay in that for texturing, then here's one way to do it. A couple of people asked about how to get things from Maya to Photoshop with ease and as cleanly as possible, so here's how! Hope some of you find it useful!
