Flight 010 continued its journey through the beautiful Amazon via BR 230 (Trans-Amazonian Highway). Each route was a challenge, heading towards the city of Jacareacanga, Pará. Overcoming challenges define the days spent traveling the Trans-Amazonian Highway in winter, the region's rainy season. The famous and feared winter on the Trans-Amazonian Highway, aboard a 47-year-old Beetle, our beloved and hard-working "Balloon Beetle." The video portrays the dynamics of traveling along the Trans-Amazonian Highway between Itaituba, Pará, and Jacareacanga, its rest stops, and the challenges faced due to the lack of paving, considering 50 years of unfinished construction. The video is filled with emotion, tension, smiles, and a strong desire to cross the beautiful Amazon to Peru. We continue towards Machu Picchu. The journey continues with wanderings through the giant Amazon. This is what travel is all about: connecting with the present and understanding the past. The flight cannot stop.
