Bau einer Hochbrücke in Horb am Neckar, eine Verbindung über das Neckartal. Dieser Brückenbau soll die Stadt Horb entlasten und den Durchgangsverkehr an der Stadt vorbeileiten. In Horb verläuft die B 32 gegenwärtig vom Verkehrsknotenpunkt B28/B32 (Gewerbegebiet Hohenberg) hinunter in die Kernstadt und wieder hinauf nach Nordstetten, was mit einer hohen Verkehrsbelastung einhergeht. Künftig kann der Durchgangsverkehr über die neue Neckartalbrücke fahren. Neben dem Bau der Neckartalbrücke, gehört auch der Aus- und Umbau der B32 am Rauschbart und die Brücke für die Einmündung der L 396 in die B32 bei Nordstetten, zur Gesamtmaßnahme. Diese Brücke wird das Neckartal von Nordstetten bis zum Rauschbart überspannen. Sie wird 667 Meter lang und bis zu 70 Meter hoch werden. Und mit Pylone bis zu 90 m hoch. Die Inbetriebnahme ist (Stand April 2025) für 2028 geplant. Das Regierungspräsidium Karlsruhe bietet regelmäßig Führungen der Baustelle an der Hochbrücke in Horb an. Bei einem tragischen Arbeitsunfall im Mai 2025 kamen drei Bauarbeiter ums Leben, als eine Transportgondel, welche an einem Kran befestigt war in die Tiefe stürzte.
