Parashat Nitzavim 5785 | A Whole New World

On the last Shabbat of the year, Parashat Nitzavim reminds us that we are not just observers of time—we are participants in its renewal… and in our own renewal. Rosh HaShana is not just a new page on the calendar—it’s the birth of a new reality. As we stand before the King on Rosh HaShana, the day of judgement and remembrance, each of us is given a Divine mission, and we are invited to cross the threshold into a new creation, a whole new world of purpose, blessing, and covenant. Shana Tova U'metukah! May this be a year of light and love, of return, of peace, of healing, and of blessing—for you and for the entire world. The Torah portion of Nitzavim (Deuteronomy 29 : 9 - 30 : 20) is read on Shabbat, 27 Elul 5785 - September 20, 2025.
