32 Years in ELT: My Global Education Icon Award Nomination Journey

This recognition marks an important milestone in a professional journey that has spanned 32 years in English Language Teaching, teacher education, language assessment, academic management, instructional design, and continuous professional development. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in nine countries, supporting learners, training teachers, and contributing to educational communities around the world.
