How to make Vetkoek / Amagwinya Recipe

Ingredients 3 Cups flour 4 Tbsp sugar 2 tsp yeast 1/4 tsp Salt 1 1/2 Cups Luke warm water 1 Tbsp Olive oil or any oil Directions 1. In a large bowl, mix your dry ingredients & make a whole with a spoon in the middle. 2. Add water & mix until well combined. 3. Add oil & knead for around 8-10 minutes or until the dough is no longer sticky. 4. Transfer the dough to a bowl & let it rise for about 45 minutes. The dough will now be triple the size. 5. Knead the dough again for +-1 minutes & cup it into circles. 6. Set them aside for about 5 minutes. 7.
