Kartel Daun unboxing | First time importing plants!

Hey guys! Forgot to mention that this video is NOT sponsored or gifted. I paid quite a lot of money for these and am just sharing my experience as a consumer! FINAL UPDATE: Kartel Daun reached out on 01/02/2025 to let me know that they would be refunding me for the plant that arrived in poor condition with the leaves totally melted and would provide a 40% store credit for the two plants affected by the scale. I received my refund to my bank account on 01/03/2025 (2 weeks from when I originally contacted them about the issue). As of today (01/05/2025) my credit is showing up on their website as well. UPDATE: (12/30/2024) Kartel Daun reached out this morning and informed me they got approval to refund the HU King of Spades x Velvet Mask that had melted in shipping. Regarding the scale: they asked if the pictures I sent were actually scale or just spots (?), which I assured them it WAS scale and sent (again) before and after pictures.
