Chole Tikki Chaat 250 gm – Kabuli Chana (Chole- Soaked 6 to7 hours) 3 Cup – Water Salt to taste 6-7 no – Clove 2 no – Bay Leaves 1 no – Cinnamon Stick 2 no – Black Big Cardamom 1 no – Slit Green Chillies Little Ginger Julian 2 Pinch – Baking Soda In Pressure Cooker Give 6-7 Whistle. Tadka: Ingredients: 3 tbsp – Ghee 1 tsp – Cumin Seeds 2 tsp – Ginger Chilli Paste ¼ tsp – Hing 2 tsp – Red Chilli Powder ¼ tsp – Turmeric Powder 2 tsp - Coriander Cumin Powder Little Water 1 tsp – Yellow Chilli Powder Add above Boiled Chole (Remove Whole Spices) 1 Cup – Water Cook for some time 2 tbsp - Imli Pulp 1 tsp – Kasoori Methi ½ tsp – Garam Masala Powder Cook for 5to 7 Min Tikki: 5 no – Red Potato or Indori Grated Potato (Half Cooked and Rest for 4-5 then Use) 3 tbsp – Corn flour 1+1/2 tsp – Salt Mix and keep for 5 Min then Make a Round Tikki and Golden Roast in Ghee.
