Guide to Gothic 1 Remake The Armor Amulet is a powerful amulet that grants +15 protection against both blade and blunt damage, making it as strong as a good starting armor set. It can be obtained right at the beginning of Act 1. This amulet makes the early game significantly easier and more enjoyable. You only need one (or a few) lockpicks, as you have to pick two locks along the way. It can be found in a shipwreck on the Fire Lizard Beach. If you want to simplify the lockpicking puzzle, you can use one of the online tools (unless future patches make it easier).
