Claude Code + Remotion : les Rois de l'animation vidéo
All the animations in my videos are created by Claude Code using Remotion. No editor, no motion designer: a 3-step system, and I'm sharing it with you in its entirety here. In this video, I'll show you the complete workflow I actually use on this channel (my last three videos were created using it): installing Remotion with Claude Code, generating your style guide and scene lookbook, then letting Claude read your script and suggest animations section by section. And finally, how it all ends up in a real edit (CapCut or video-use). ⏱ Chapters 0:00 These animations are by Claude Code 0:33 The complete system (Remotion) 1:26 Step 1 — Installing Remotion with Claude Code 2:31 Step 2 — Your style guide (prompt 1) 3:37 The "$100,000 studio" lookbook (prompt 2) 4:26 Step 3 — From script to animations (prompt 3) 5:42 Specific feedback 6:07 Reusable components 6:50 Step 4 — Rendering ProRes + editing (CapCut / video-use) 8:10 The 4 key takeaways 8:43 Beyond YouTube 🎁 THE 3 PROMPTS (promised in the video, in full version) ▸ Bonus prompt — Installation: Install Remotion with everything you need, add the Remotion skill (best practices), and Prepare the project so I can create video animations. ▸ Prompt 1 — Generate your style guide: I'm launching a YouTube channel: [your topic, your vibe, 1-2 channels whose style you like]. First, ask me any questions you have (5 max). Then generate my style guide in a design token file (design.ts or chart.md): each color with a NAME and a ROLE (background, text, main accent, warning signal...) 2-3 fonts with their role (titles, body text, labels) a text size scale the style of elements (bounce, fade, durations) Rule: everything is named, nothing is implied. This file will be reviewed before each animation. ▸ Prompt 2 — Generate your lookbook: Read my style guide (design.ts or chart.md). Generate an HTML lookbook of 10 scene archetypes for my YouTube channel, one page per archetype, 1280x720: 00 Color scheme · 01 Main stat · 02 Bar chart comparison · 03 Diagram · 04 Gauge · 05 Recap · 06 Lower-third · 07 Highlighting · 08 Chapter card · 09 End screen. Be creative with the layout: I want it to look like a $100,000 studio production. Each page uses ONLY the style guide tokens (no invented colors or fonts). Add an index.html file that displays the 10 pages in a grid. Objective: Validate my visual identity BEFORE producing any animation. ▸ Prompt 3 — Generate animations from your script: Read my script (script.md). Suggest Remotion animations that could accompany each section (map, stat, diagram, comparison, etc.), then build them. Use my style guide (design.ts) for all colors, fonts, and animations. Reuse and adapt existing components whenever possible, instead of starting from scratch. Format: 1920x1080 compositions, 30fps, reusable with props. Show me the outline before writing the code. 🔗 Links (promised in the video) • Remotion: https://remotion.dev • The Remotion skill (best practices): https://www.remotion.dev/docs/ai/skills • video-use (edited by Claude): https://github.com/browser-use/video-use • My video on Claude Code Skills: • Claude Code Skills : le guide complet en 1... 📱 My social media • Instagram: / benredissi • LinkedIn: / habibredissi 💬 For the next video, I'm hesitating: a full review of Codex, or Hyperframe (Remotion's free competitor)? Let me know in the comments. If you learned something, a like and a subscription really help the channel. See you next time. #claudecode #remotion #ai #artificialintelligence
