My First ASMR Video: Lofi for People Pleasing Recovery & Overstimulation Relief (Whispers + tapping)

Welcome to this gentle ASMR experience for people-pleasing recovery, relational/social overstimulation and anxiety relief. If you've been carrying other people's feelings and managing everyone's needs, this space is for you. Through guided, whispered meditation + soft tapping & scratching, we'll practice releasing responsibility for what isn't ours to hold. We will return to a quieter place within ourselves where nothing is urgent, nothing is required, and nobody needs anything from you right now. As a somatic therapist (in training) and fellow highly sensitive person, I'm deeply interested in how our bodies hold responsibility, hypervigilance, and the pressure to care for everyone around us. While this video is not therapy or mental health treatment, I hope it offers a small refuge for your nervous system and a gentle invitation to come home to yourself.
