1.8 Tank/DPS Predator's Mark Build! (The Division)

I've tested many different versions of this build and this one seems to work the best for me. There can be some changes made to the main stats on kneepads and backpack depending on your team composition. But this build will give you a general idea of how you can do damage, be tanky, and have a bit of sustain as well. Enjoy the build! Remember this build is for GROUP PvP! Not recommended for solo or PvE play. If people want a PvE build for this let me know. There are some cool things you can do with self preserved.
