OUR FIRST EVER VLOG! | From Heathrow to Tampa Florida USA | Travel Day, Mishaps & Memories | Virgin Atlantic | Alamo Car Hire | Universal Dockside 2 Bed Suite Tour Well… here it is. Our very first vlog! After talking about it for ages, we’ve finally taken the plunge and decided to start filming our family adventures. We’re Mum, Dad, and our grown-up daughter, and although we’re complete beginners when it comes to vlogging, we’re excited (and slightly terrified!) to share our travels with you. This vlog follows the start of our May 2026 Florida holiday, beginning with an overnight stay at Premier Inn Bath Road, Heathrow before our flight to Tampa. Of course, no travel day would be complete without a few hiccups along the way! Our hire car from Alamo wasn’t available as planned, Dockside hotel check-in seemed to take forever, and we quickly discovered that travel days rarely go exactly to plan. After landing in Tampa, we hit the road and made the drive to Orlando, where we’ll be staying in a 2 bed suite at Universal's Dockside Resort and spending the next part of our adventure. There were plenty of laughs, a few stressful moments, lots of excitement, and that feeling you only get when a holiday you’ve been looking forward to for months finally begins. We’re learning as we go, so please be kind! This channel is all about making memories, sharing our travels, and hopefully bringing you along for the ride.
