Tekken 2 Random Weekly Team Battles - 6/24/26 Edition

After going through two days of suffering a thumb injury, I am back in the saddle with another weekly random team battle in the PlayStation 1 fighting game masterpiece Tekken 2 in honor of not only me being on the mend after days of suffering an injured thumb, but to also celebrate the newest release of the Arcade Archives version of the original Tekken arcade game for the newer Xbox and PlayStation consoles!! Where in the team battle, I pit a team of eight characters that I control by pressing the start button to randomize all eight characters against a team of eight controlled by the computer!! My team: Kazuya Mishima, Wang Jinrei, Bruce Irvin, Nina Williams, Heihachi Mishima, Kuma, Yoshimitsu and Paul Phoenix (surprisingly, two sets of two characters that are rivals with another are on the same team, which are the Mishimas and Kuma/Paul) Computer’s team: Jack-2, Lei WuLong, Devil Kazuya, Lee Chaolan, Kunimitsu, Michelle Chang, Anna Williams and Ganryu (and yet another two characters whom are rivals with each other are on the computer’s team which are Michelle and Ganryu!! What a coincidence!!) Timestamps: 0:00 - Kazuya vs. Jack-2 0:45 - Kazuya vs. Lei 1:08 - Kazuya vs. Devil (wow! Kaz fights the Devil version of himself!!) 1:35 - Kazuya vs. Lee 1:54 - Wang vs. Lee 2:20 - Wang vs. Kunimitsu (the battle of the worst characters in the game IMO since everyone has their own opinions, including yours truly!!) 2:54 - Wang vs. Michelle 3:25 - Bruce vs. Michelle 3:45 - Bruce vs. Anna 4:12 - Bruce vs. Ganryu 4:30 - End Characters unused for this session: Nina, Heihachi, Kuma, Yoshimitsu and Paul And also, at 1:54, I go from one of the best characters in the game (Kazuya) to one of the worst characters in the game (Wang) in my honest opinion, and not only that, at 2:20, which is the Wang/Kuni fight, it was a battle of which is in my opinion two of the worst characters in Tekken 2 since both of their moves are pretty stale and pretty unresponsive at times (especially Kuni), so there ya have it!! So glad I still had the opportunity and privilege to do the Tekken 2 weekly team battle since I am on the mend from my injured thumb I suffered on Monday!! Peace, folks!!
