Elijah Cummings' funeral in Baltimore on Friday. Cummings was a personal friend of Obama's and was an early supporter of his 2008 presidential run. The former president is expected to speak at the service, according to a Cummings spokesperson. Members of Congress paid tribute to Cummings on Thursday as his body lay in state at the U.S. Capitol.
