Common Mistakes when setting up Twin Carbs for a Mini

I ran across a pair of twin carbs in my workshop and decided to have a look at them. When dealing with twin carbs, you must do as much as possible to get them to be as balanced as possible while operating equally. This will help your motor run smoothly as well as developing as much power as you can. Both sets of carbs had their throttle controls set improperly, their chokes, as well as the mixture jet positions. Follow along while I go over them.
