Charlotte City Council approved an $800 million renovation of the Panthers' stadium, with $650 million from public funds. The five-year construction project runs from 2025 through 2029, keeping the team in Charlotte through at least 2044. Every seat, videoboard, and hospitality space will be completely modernized while both teams continue playing.
