The talk will provide step-by-step instructions on how to be most effective at quickly analyzing facts and racing thoughts. A former officer, doctor of psychology, expert in mental toughness, leadership, and positive psychology. President of the Polish Association of Positive Psychology. She has unique experience in training special forces and military personnel, where mental toughness and readiness to operate in extreme conditions are the foundation of success. She supports leaders and teams in private and public organizations in developing this crucial skill, which allows them to act efficiently and confidently even in the face of the greatest challenges. She is the creator of the Courage Training™ and Endurance Training™ (Brain Crafting) methods, which help build self-confidence, agency, and commitment even in the most demanding situations. She supports managers in developing Resilient Leadership, which allows them to maintain agency and decisiveness in the face of uncertainty. She lectures at the War Studies University, the University of Warsaw, SWPS University, and the Kozminski University.
