Oddly enough, the plant is lacking any electricity. We help out a Green Toad by climbing up the electrical tower and using the Battery Thing Card, which gets Huey struck by lightning! Luckily, it also gives power to the Energy Plant. Going back inside, we see that Super Mario Bros. 3 is playing on the TV screen. Using Huey's cutout ability, we are actually able to enter the screen and run in a Super Mario Bros. 3 world! Similar to Super Paper Mario, you can change dimensions to explore other hidden areas in this level. We find a lot of secrets, but the most important is the Mini Green Paint Star! The paint star unlocks the Mossrock Theater. We return to Port Prisma to donate a few cards and read some letters. We explore Moss Rock theater to find a variety of enemies looming in this dark place, all with particular and entertaining talents! We find a Purple and Orange Mini Paint star right next to each other, and decide to pick up the Purple one!
