Harvest day has finally arrived! In this video, I harvest several cabbage heads and a few kohlrabi that have been growing through the cool season while battling cabbage worms, pests, and changing weather conditions. After weeks of monitoring the plants, hand-removing caterpillars, and trying to stay ahead of pest pressure without spraying, it’s time to see if the effort paid off. Join me as I harvest Early Jersey Wakefield cabbage along with other cabbage varieties and take a close look at the results. Not every harvest has to be perfect to be successful, and these crops prove that even with some pest damage, you can still bring quality food from the garden to the table.
